We studied the motions of the human body and created a natural exercise motion that allows your body to generate maximum power output. This synchronized motion allows your left arm and left leg to pull simultaneously while your right arm and right leg are pushing and vice versa as you reciprocate the motion. We adjusted the motion from a near-vertical climb to a near-horizontal crawl and everything in between to optimize efficiency. Challenger is built for high-volume usage in the most demanding commercial environments. However, the total body strength and cardio training make it the perfect home training machine.

The Challenger does not require plug in electrical power. The console requires 4AA batteries, and a meter on the screen will tell you when the batteries need replacing.
