Highly recommend Health and Fitness, especially owner Dave and salesperson Megan. I had an injured foot and was looking for an indoor bike. I needed it asap but understood that delivery would take a few weeks and I was (probably obviously) disappointed. Reader, it was delivered in 48 hours. My experience began with a preview of the equipment by a competent associate and the owner.  Speaking of a future plan to buy equipment, my contact information was taken and the expected timeframe placed on the business calendar. When the time came for the purchase and subsequent arrangement for pickup,  I was handled at the highest level of service with all arrangements in place for a smooth transaction. I had a great experience at Health & Fitness! I worked with both Dave and Dave, and they were both very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection in the store, and I am very happy with the equipment I purchased! The price was very reasonable as well, less expensive than the other store I considered. The equipment is amazing and blows the competition away.  After trying it out in the store we were sold. Dave’s service level and knowledge was the icing on the cake! Honest, transparent, knowledgeable with a desire to provide a good fit with the equipment for his customer. Would highly recommend to go there for fitness equipment! So worth it!
