HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEART RATE

You can measure your heart rate from either your radial, brachial or carotid arteries. It is measured in the amount of beats in 1 minute. Simply find your pulse at any one of the 3 locations mentions, then count how times your pulse beats in 60 seconds. You can also count for 10 seconds and multiply by 6, or 15 seconds and multiply by 4, and so on.
