Hurdles

Stroops Hurdles are made of a break-resistant, whiteboard material. You can use them for traditional agility drills or to label stations in a circuit. The hurdles are 6 or 12 inches tall. Push yourself to the limit in speed and agility training or mark out your workout and set up stations. Easy to write a workout and erase to transition quickly.
