The LVLA Leverage Lat Pulldown by Body-Solid is a commercial rated strength machine which uses plate loaded resistance and leverage movement to isolate and strengthen the latissimus dorsi muscles of the upper body when performing the lat pulldown exercise. The Body-Solid LVLA provides the natural feel and resistance of free-weights with the control of a machine. The machine arms have 360 degree articulating handles which allow the exerciser to twist the wrist and arm during the downward pull to better define the most natural movement. The LVLA offers unilateral and diverging motion with each machine arm working independently for better muscle isolation and contraction. Load up this machine with Olympic weight plates or Olympic bumper plates for resistance, and store them on the convenient weight storage posts located on each side of the frame uprights when not in use.
