I had an injured foot and was looking for an indoor bike. I needed it asap but understood that delivery would take a few weeks and I was (probably obviously) disappointed. Speaking of a future plan to buy equipment, my contact information was taken and the expected timeframe placed on the business calendar. When the time came for the purchase and subsequent arrangement for pickup,  I was handled at the highest level of service with all arrangements in place for a smooth transaction. I worked with both Dave and Dave, and they were both very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection in the store, and I am very happy with the equipment I purchased! The price was very reasonable as well, less expensive than the other store I considered. I would definitely shop here again, and would also recommend them to anyone.
