I was shopping for a treadmill and in doing my research on line and in person I wanted to compare the equipment from the big box retailers to our local fitness shops and met Dave at the North Olmsted location. After explaining what I was looking for, Dave pointed me in the right direction, did not try to upsell me and confirmed my research about some of the new equipment available. In the end I purchases a great machine with a 10 yr warranty and I know they will stand behind my purchase. The delivery men were friendly and professional.
