Meet Our Coaches

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

After my college baseball career was over, I stopped exercise all together. Not just that, but I basically just stopped caring for my body all together. I didn't realize it but I was slowly depleting my energy and my happiness. I decided that if treating my body right and being fit is all I needed to keep me happy, then that's what I want to do with my life.

I dropped everything. I quit my eating crappy foods, drinking caffeine, smoking, drinking alcohol, and even quit my job. Basically, I decided to treat my body with care. I was immediately able to see changes  in myself.

I decided to take the career path as a personal trainer. I want to know everything that should go into the body and everything that should stay out. I want to know how to stay strong, both inside and out. I have found something that nobody can take away from me.

I've always been searching for a way to help. I quickly learned that I couldn't help others if I couldn't even help myself. Fitness is something that I value and couldn't see myself in any other career field.  The biggest thing that I came to realize is that as I started to feel better about myself on the outside, I started to feel better on the inside. I decided that I wanted to bring this feeling to everyone who desired it.

After graduating from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Richmond Heights Ohio, I then sat for and passed the test to earn my CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist). After spending over one and a half years of training in a gym setting, and becoming and instructor at NPTI, I have decided that I have the tools to venture out and spread my knowledge and wisdom on my own.
